Complaints

We want to know when something has gone wrong. Ausbiz Capital Investments Pty Ltd (ABN 92 681 118 212) is a Corporate Authorised Representative (No. 1314938) of River X Financial Services Pty Ltd (ABN 26 674 273 011, AFSL 556458). Complaints about our financial services are handled through the internal dispute resolution process described below, and you always have the right to take your complaint to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).

2. What happens next

We will acknowledge your complaint promptly, within 24 hours where possible, and work to resolve it quickly. In line with ASIC Regulatory Guide 271, we will provide you with a written response within 30 calendar days of receiving your complaint. If we cannot respond within that time, we will tell you why and let you know when to expect our response.

3. If you are not satisfied: AFCA

If you are not satisfied with our response, or your complaint has not been resolved within 30 calendar days, you can take it to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). AFCA provides fair and independent complaint resolution for financial services and its service is free to you. River X Financial Services Pty Ltd is a member of AFCA (member number 108601).

4. Your rights

Making a complaint through our process does not restrict, exclude or modify any right you have under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), the ASIC Act 2001 (Cth) or the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in our website Terms and Conditions limits those rights.
